We are a small, perfectly formed apartment complex that strives to make our guests feel welcome and valued. Tucked in off Noosa Parade, we boast the best Holiday Apartments outside of Hastings Street, Noosa (we are just 500m away) at a fraction of the cost.
Our boutique apartments and villas are amongst the most spacious and best appointed apartments in Noosa.
Facilities
Your own private haven …
There are never large numbers using our facilities and, very often, you’ll enjoy these with just your family and friends. We keep our large Swimming Pool and Kiddies Pool at 28 degrees in the Winter and the Jacuzzi suitably warmer. Or if you prefer, take your complimentary Cool Cabana ( 1 in every apartment) to Main beach just 500m away.
‘Partied out’? - our Guest Lounge and Barbecue facilities by the Pool are second to none – take a night off and entertain your family and friends. Flaunt your culinary talents on our covered Barbeque, or why not have a Spa under the stars, all a few steps from your Apartment.
Don't feel like cooking? Hastings Street or Quamby Place are just a five minute stroll away, where you will find excellent restaurants with every cuisine available to tempt your taste buds. Ask us for our recommended Restaurant list – we have painstakingly 😉 researched the best 😋 on your behalf.
Speaking of friends It’s possible, subject to availability, to book the entire complex for a number of nights for your own private celebration? – that long overdue family reunion, a ‘significant’ birthday, a wedding, a mini-conference - just give us plenty of advance notice and you can book all 6 Apartments, 3X3 Bed, 3X2 Bed (total sleeps 30 + people) and avail of all the facilities, Pool, BBQ, Guest Lounge, exclusively.
We also cater for Corporate Guests who may wish to reward and / or use Noosa Boutique Apartments as a training venue for employees. Our Guest Lounge has a large screen TV and AV facilities. When the work is done, relax and head for the beach or Hastings Street.
We already have a number of entire complex bookings for specific occasions e.g. Christmas in July for a major bank, a significant private family event and a Homeopathic conference.
School Leavers. Under instructions from our owners we regret we are unable to accommodate School Leavers. This complies with Government guidelines set out by the Department of Fair Trading.
